Dear guest, First of all thank you very much for sharing your comments once more with us. We have determined that we investigated the complaints you submitted after your check out on July 25th, 2025 and responded to you via e-mail on the same day. We would like you to know that sometimes the breakfast is not reflected in the system for reservations purchased through third-party booking channels. Therefore our team member at the restaurant, try to obtain the correct information by contacting the reception. We would also like to remind you that no extra breakfast charge was taken from your account. Upon checking the housekeeping reports once more, we found that on July 24th, cleaning service was not provided because a “Do Not Disturb” sign was posted in your room. As per the international hotel rules If there is “ Do not Disturb “ signage, we can’t get in to the room. Therefore we couldn’t clean your room. Most probably instead of cleaning request card you have put DND card at the door by mistake. We will continue to prioritize guest satisfaction and throughly investigate even the smallest complaints from our guests. We also take this opportunity to extend our warmest wishes for the New Year.
