Regarding the approach of staff offering additional services, please be assured that all team members receive continuous training to ensure respectful, non-intrusive communication with our guests. Persistent behaviour after a clear refusal does not align with our service standards. An internal review was carried out, and based on our findings and recorded procedures, the team members acted within guidelines. Nevertheless, we regret any discomfort you felt. Your concerns about inappropriate comments were also carefully investigated. This included staff interviews and reviewing available CCTV footage. No misconduct was identified; however, we fully understand how such a perception could impact your overall experience, and we have planned further training to reinforce our service principles. Concerning excursions, we would like to clarify that Adem operates on behalf of an independent tour provider, not directly under the hotel’s management. All external operators are expected to provide accurate and transparent information, and your feedback has already been shared with the company for further review. While the hotel does not control the content, safety, or organisation of third-party tours, we always forward guest concerns to the relevant operators to ensure improvements are made. We are sorry to hear that the diving trip and Alanya tour did not match your expectations. As these activities are conducted by external agencies, the hotel is not authorised to modify, supervise, or guarantee the programme details. Nonetheless, your experience has been communicated to the operator for evaluation. Please note that all reservation processes, policies, and follow-up investigations are managed independently by the agency. We regret any inconvenience you experienced in dealing with them.
