I wouldn't go back there a second time
Unfortunately, my stay wasn't great. The administration felt a bit disorganized, and staff communication wasn't very helpful when problems came up. The room was cleaned daily, but I noticed some money I'd left there was missing. When I reported it, management didn't give a clear explanation or good...
Poor Experience Overall
We spent 10 days on vacation at the Quattro Beach Spa hotel. We were accommodated in a room for people with disabilities. When we asked at the reception why healthy people were placed in a disabled room, they said that most of their rooms are like that. We stayed the first night, but in the morning ...
